Almar/AcademiaLdaVinci

Almar is much more than a space for body care and personal development. For me, Almar is my refuge, the place where I can connect with my soul, caress it, protect it, and heal it deeply. Mayka, the therapist, is not only wonderful but also capable of creating a magical synergy in each session, making each experience unique and transformative. Almar is a place where energy flows and envelops you, always leaving you feeling fulfilled. Thank you 🙏

An ideal place!!! I've been growing up with her for 4 years now and she's so happy... I recommend it whenever I can, and everyone who tries it comes back. If you want to grow personally, heal body and soul in the best environment, don't hesitate. 15 out of 10.

I've been attending her personal growth workshops for a year now, following the death of my mother, and they've helped me tremendously. Mayka is an excellent person and professional. Thank you.

My daughters have been taking their emotional management workshops for years, and I attend the personal growth workshops for women. I also enjoy some therapy and constellation work with Mayka's help.

I've attended two in-person workshops at this center, and both times I've been very satisfied. The friendly, professional treatment and the warm atmosphere Mayka creates always make it a very rewarding experience. I've also used Reiki services, and I can say that from the first session I noticed a significant improvement... I will definitely come back and try other therapies.

Excellent clinic!! Very professional and friendly service. Mayka helped me tremendously with Reiki and helped me retrain to face everyday life in a healthier way. Tania, a physiotherapist and Pilates teacher, is a great professional who doesn't hesitate to help and advise you on anything you need. I definitely recommend Almar to anyone who wants to dedicate some time to taking care of themselves, both physically and mentally.

It's a pleasure attending therapy, more like a home than a center, I'd say! Thank you for taking care of our souls, our hearts, and always being there.

The best center in Campello to do yoga, pilates, reiki sessions, metamorphic massage, physiotherapy. Both Tania and Mayka are great professionals and Mayka's workshops are very worthwhile (I have done several and I always have a great time). Thank you very much girls! Aurora

Almar is a place where they know how to take care of your body and soul. A place to find yourself. They don't just offer activities for adults, they also offer workshops for children. I highly recommend it!

I love doing activities with Mayka. They help you discover yourself as a person and be happier. Mayka is also charming. I especially like anything related to emotions.

Friendly and professional service, they comply with all safety measures. I love their work because it addresses very important aspects like mental health, taking our time to be well with ourselves, so we can be well with others.

I share with you all the opportunities offered by the Almar center, both workshops and personalized therapies. I encourage you to try them, they are worth it. It is very well located and the owner of the center has extensive training in various areas that are very helpful.
